Plans and pricing

The plans mainly differ in:

• Speed (queue priority during busy times)
• AI access level
• Monthly included credits
• Team features and number of users included
• Advanced options available within features

All paid plans include full access to premium tools and an ad-free experience.

"Users included" are additional accounts you can link to your subscription so multiple people can use our tools under one plan:

• Starter: 2 users included
• Pro: 5 users included
• Business: 20 users included

Credits are shared across all users on the subscription.

Yes. You can add more users on any paid plan for €5 per user/month (billed yearly).

Added users are linked to the same subscription and share the same monthly credits.

Go to your account dashboard:

• Open the user dashboard and select Teams
• Click Invite user
• Enter the email address
• Click "Invite"

Once accepted, the user is linked to your subscription.

Yes. All linked users draw from the same shared credit balance.

Credits are the usage currency for processing files.

• Most standard tools use 1 credit per 30 seconds of processing.
• Over 90% of standard tasks finish within 30 seconds, so they typically cost 1 credit.
• AI tools use credits faster than standard processing.

You can always check your remaining credits in your account.

A task is one processing job, such as converting a file, compressing a PDF, OCR, merging, splitting, or using an AI tool (summarize, translate, chat with PDF, etc.).

Batch processing uses credits per file, based on processing time.

When your included monthly credits are used up, your account automatically switches to the Free plan until your next billing date, when your subscription credits renew.

If you want to keep processing immediately, you can purchase add-on credits as a one-time top-up.

Add-on credits are pay-as-you-go credits you can purchase anytime.

They are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. They are also shared across all users.

Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle (they do not roll over).

Add-on credits are separate and remain valid for 12 months.

Queue priority determines how quickly your jobs start processing during busy times:

• Free: Standard queue
• Starter: Priority queue
• Pro: Faster priority queue
• Business: Skip queue

Paid plans support files up to 64 GB per task. Free plans have lower limits.

(Some tools and file types may have additional technical constraints.)

Batch processing lets you process multiple files at once (for example, merge many PDFs).

Paid plans support batch processing of up to 200 files per batch (tool-dependent). Each file consumes credits based on processing time.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Please contact our customer support.

Yes. You can cancel anytime in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

You can delete them at any time using the "Delete" button next to your task.

No. We do not train AI models on customer files.

Yes. Students and educators can use our paid tools for free through the education program.

You will be asked to verify eligibility (typically with an academic email address or proof of enrollment or employment). Once approved, you will get access for a set period and can renew while eligible.

Yes. Paid plans include automatic invoice generation and options such as a custom billing email and order number.
