Credits are the usage currency for processing files.

  • Most standard tools use 1 credit per 30 seconds of processing.
  • Over 90% of standard tasks finish within 30 seconds, so they typically cost 1 credit.
  • AI tools use credits faster than standard processing.

You can always check your remaining credits in your account.

A task is one processing job, such as converting a file, compressing a PDF, OCR, merging, splitting, or using an AI tool (summarize, translate, chat with PDF, etc.).

Batch processing uses credits per file, based on processing time.

When your included monthly credits are used up, your account automatically switches to the Free plan until your next billing date, when your subscription credits renew.

If you want to keep processing immediately, you can purchase add-on credits as a one-time top-up.

Add-on credits are pay-as-you-go credits you can purchase anytime.

They are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. They are also shared across all users.

Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle (they do not roll over).

Add-on credits are separate and remain valid for 12 months.

Queue priority determines how quickly your jobs start processing during busy times:

  • Free: Standard queue
  • Starter: Priority queue
  • Pro: Faster priority queue
  • Business: Skip queue

Paid plans support files up to 64 GB per task. Free plans have lower limits.

Batch processing lets you process multiple files at once (for example, merge many PDFs).

Paid plans support batch processing of up to 200 files per batch (tool-dependent). Each file consumes credits based on processing time.
