Navigate Your PDF2Go Profile
When you log into PDF2Go, go to the Menu in the top-right corner. This drop-down helps you work efficiently. Quickly access options to:
- Buy more Credits to keep your tasks moving.
- View Recent Tasks to track your work.
- Go to the Dashboard for full control over your account.
Now, open the User Dashboard (Menu > Account > User Dashboard) to see what you can do.

- View and edit your user information.

On the left side of the Dashboard, you will find three main sections: Credits, Account, and Billing. Here is what they do.

Here, you can:
- Purchase more Credits for your tasks.
- Check your balance from Subscriptions or Pay-As-You-Go.
- See your Days Until Renewal.
- Review a detailed log of tasks, including the Date, Task Type, and Credits Used.

PDF2Go's Teams feature is helpful for group projects. You do not need multiple premium subscriptions; one account covers everyone.

Note: For security, we can't remove your payment data, but you can update it via the Dashboard.
