Create a Booklet from PDF

This page rearranges the pages of your PDF into a booklet layout. When you print the new PDF on both sides of the paper and fold the stack in the middle, the pages read in the right order like a small book. You can set the reading direction, the paper size and orientation, how your printer flips the paper for double-sided printing, and the outer and inner margins.

Printer marks Choosing only fold or only crop marks currently adds both. Separate marks need a conversion engine update.

Upload the PDF you want to turn into a booklet.
Select the booklet layout and set the reading direction and the paper size.
Choose how many pages go on each sheet, two for a half-fold booklet or four for a quarter-fold brochure.
Choose where to add blank pages and whether to add printer crop marks, then start the process.
Download the new PDF, print it on both sides, fold the stack in the middle and bind it if you want.
